LET’S GET YOUR WEDDING ADMIN DONE TOGETHER

Wedding planning is certainly like a second job, especially for an Asian Bride. Trying to juggle wedding planning, alongside work, your family and seeing your fiancé (if you have time to spare!) is certainly no easy feat. Managing the entire process in this new post-Covid-19 world can all feel a little overwhelming.

Let me ask you this:

Do you feel post-lockdown, you are trying to play catch-up with your wedding planning and you feel a little behind?

Are your suppliers using industry jargon or asking for details such as schedules for the big day, but you don’t know what any of it means or even where to start?

You haven’t got the brain space to even think about the whole structure of the day as it’s just so far away

You really don’t enjoy this part of wedding ‘admin’ and would rather have someone just do it for you

Now, imagine this:

You have the tools to tick off timings, delegation lists and your personal wedding to-do list so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

You can allow yourself to concentrate on some of the other elements of your special day which are far more important (and enjoyable) to your wedding planning, such as shopping or picking out your wedding songs.

You will feel in control, and feel like all the itineraries and documents are to industry standard and so all your suppliers will know exactly what they need.

You’ll save hours of time by having beautifully formatted documents which you can just edit as you go along and adjust as you need. No need to start from scratch!

You’ll get all the ‘real life’ watch outs and tips from real experiences, real brides and industry experts.

About moi – Nishma Mistry:

Each time we planned a wedding in my family it got a fraction easier, and the main reason is we had all the relevant information from the previous time. However, what didn’t help each time around, was we had moved on 5 years and so had the industry. Plus one sister was marrying a Canadian so half the wedding party were in a totally different country and then when the second sister got married the wedding party were Sikh Punjabi (We’re a Hindu Guju family) and so each time, it was learning curve for us all.

There are so many little things with a wedding that you have to either assign to someone or communicate to a supplier. At my wedding the videographer was concentrating so much on the Groom’s expression before I entered that he totally missed filming my sisters walking in before me. At my sisters Anand Karaj, we were meant to bring out the Haars for the Milni, and forgot to assign it to someone to hold them so someone went back in to get them from the room. It happens, these small things aren’t even thought about with all the big wedding planning needed.

I have taken all my learnings from all my family weddings, combined with working in the wedding industry for over 8 years, I have taken my knowledge from the wedding industry and put it all into one useful Journal. It will take out all the thinking and you can concentrate on the doing.
